What are the benefits for me as a creator?

DSCVR offers you the chance to make a direct connection with your fans and your recommendations at the same time. They can support you by buying your recommendations and you can earn affiliate income every time they visit your recommendations.
How do I create my map?

Its super simple, barely an inconvenience. Once you have been onboarded we will go through your socials and locate all the recommendations that you have made and add them to your map. When we have completed the process we will share it with you to double check the details and we will make any corrections based on your feedback.
How many recommendations do I need to have on my page?

We recommend having at least 100 recommendations a year as a minimum on your page.
How much does it cost to make a map?

At the moment absolutely nothing. We are currently building your maps free of charge. We only share in the revenue's when you sell a map and make money.
How do I update my recommendations on my map after I post them?

You don't! We do all of that for you. Our systems scan the social pages or website you identified at signup and everyday we update the new posts that have locations mentioned in them. You just sit back and relax knowing your maps will always stay updated.
Can I customise what's on my map?

Yes of course! The map is your and it should be a reflection of the places you love and want to share with you fans. If you want to add more than whats on your socials or website just reach out to us and we will find a way to support your content.
Can I have more than one map?

Yes, absolutely! In our app you will be able to create as many maps as you want and sell them all as a bundle or each one individually. Just talk to us and we will guide you through the process.
Will my map be branded with my name or DSCVR?

It will be branded with your name as its your's at the end of the day. We want to facilitate you and help you build a community around your content and recommendations.
Where do I sign up?

The signup process is easy, just head on over to our Sign Up Form, and after you have completed that we will be in touch shortly.
When will I get paid?

We payout every Friday on the dot! All money that has been received by us the Thursday before will be paid out to you. Our gateway pays out 7 days after the customer purchases your map and we then payout the Friday immediately following that. So if a customer purchases your map on Thursday the 1st, then you will get paid the next Friday the 8th.
How will I know how many maps I have sold?

We will keep you updated. While we are still building out the real time systems for this, until then we will give you an update every Friday with a sales report along side key metrics to help you grow your map sales.
Could you please confirm whether refund/chargeback deductions apply even if the refund results from a platform or technical error?

No! If we make a mistake we cover the costs of the refunds so you will not be charged?
Why do you charge the minimum service fee on refunded transactions as well?

We unfortunately have to charge this as the payment gateways charges us for refunds as well.
Do I get access to my customers emails?

We are working on this. We want to give you the ability to reach out to your consumers and build a community. Please do ask us about this and we will give you an answer on whether we are able to do this yet.
What countries is DSCVR available in?

We are available globally for our google maps and globally (except Afghanistan) for our app. Your customers can be based anywhere and buy your content.
What if I don't want to work with DSCVR anymore?

Oh, we are sorry you feel this way, but its easy. Our contract states that either party can stop working with the either with just 30 days notice. We dont hold anyone hostage at any point :-)
